人类历史111:实用宽恕以及心智

嗨,这里是杰克,交流关于实用宽恕并谈一下意识心智、潜意识心智和无意识心智。



意识心智占你的整个存有基础的10%。潜意识心智占20%,无意识心智占70%。



在你的意识心智里存在着“意识想法”:这些想法来源于你的潜意识心智的基础(即是你的人格以及你在日常生活中的行为)。你的意识心智是你意识到的想法。如果你在每天实际观察你的想法,你会注意到你的想法在不断重复循环,他们的内容实际上几乎毫无二致。想法实化出的经历或许有所不同,但是想法的实际内容是一样的。



因此,你的潜意识心智里也存在着想法,只不过这个想法源自于你的人格和行为。你的人格是你这个存有的全部-意思是:即你在你的日常生活中实际应用和经历的全部。换言之,你活如你的心智意识系统人格,活如你意识到的一切。



换句话说,当你做一些事情、散步行走、或当你去购物、购买衣服的时候,你将开始注意到你的身体是如何移动的,以及你是如何实际主动地参与在这个世界的:这个是你的潜意识心智。你将开始注意到运动。这个运动来自哪里,这个运动从哪里形成的,为什么我像这样移动?当你做事情时你都认为是理所当然的,像是食物,或者你为自己准备一种饮料,或者你散步或者穿衣,等等-你都将开始注意到,你做这件事情时看起来很奇怪,这是从你的潜意识心智人格或行为的角度看的。





你的意识心智——让我们从这里开始——是你的想法,你的日常想法。你知道当你如往常一样醒来时,你甚至意识不到你自己在这个世界里主动参与的运动。只有当你能更加意识到你的潜意识心智时才能意识到这一点。

比如,你站在一位妇女或一个男人跟前并注意到你的身体开始变得异常,你并没有按你应该的方式行动。换句话说,你没有等如你表达你自己,你表达自己只是由于很多种性吸引中的一种而已。你通过你的话语的方式、笑的方式、眼睛移动的方式、手移动的方式、站立的方式看到这点——一切都将向你显示:“哦老天,我被这个妇女性吸引了!为什么我被这个妇女吸引了?在哪里仍有欲望来在我里面通过性慾来表达我自己呢?”



这就是所有的潜意识将开始打开的心智顯示,我们将到达那里。如果有任何与此相关的问题,请提出来。首先这是关于意识心智和潜意识心智的基础。稍后,很久以后,我们将到达无意识心智。那是截然不同的景象。你目前主要是等如这个世界以及它的整体在每一个点上宽恕你自己。

HoM 111 : Practical Forgiveness and The MIND

Hi, this is Jack, communicating about practical forgiveness and talking about the conscious,

subconscious and unconscious mind.



The conscious mind consists of ten per cent of your entire foundation of being. Your subconscious mind, twenty percent; and your unconscious mind, seventy percent.



Now, in your conscious mind exists the ‘conscious thoughts’; those thoughts which stem from the foundation of your subconscious mind (which is your personality and your behaviour in your everyday life). Your conscious mind is the thoughts that you are conscious of. If you really observe yo ur thoughts during every day, what you'll notice is that you have thoughts over and over again, that are actually exactly [of] the same content. The experience of the manifestation of the thoughts may be different, but the actual content of the thoughts is the same.



So, with your subconscious mind, there exist also thoughts, but the thoughts derive from your

personality and behaviour. Your personality is the entirety of your being – meaning: that

which you actually apply, that which you actually experience in your daily life. In other

words, that which you live as the personality of your mind consciousness system and which

you become aware of.



In other words, when you make something or when you walk or when you go and do shopping,

or when you purchase clothes, you'll start noticing how your body moves and how you actually

participate in this world actively; that is your subconscious mind. You'll start to notice movements. Where does that movement come from, where did that movement originate from, why did I move like that? When you make things you've taken for granted, like food or you prepare a drink for yourself or you walk or you dress, etcetera – you'll start noticing [that]

you're doing it strangely, from a personality or behaviour perspective from your subconscious mind.



Now – your consciousness mind – let’s start there – is your thoughts, your daily thoughts. You know, when you normally just wake up, you are not even aware of your movement of yourself in this world as you actively participate. That wi ll come as you become more aware of your subconscious mind.



Now, you want to make the consciousness and subconscious mind one – meaning: disintegrate it to a certain extent. You actually want to make the consciousness, subconscious and unconscious mind o ne, as you – not it being a separate manifested system.







The unconscious mind entails this world: everything that exists in this world that we have

accepted and taken for granted – meaning: that which we have just accepted and allowed and therefore, not actively participating in it, in any way whatsoever – which is the governments, the money system, the education system, the prisons, the police, the rapists, the murderers, the hookers, the sports that exist in this world. Everything that exists in this world exists as your unconscious mind. There we'll get a bit later, because that's a more extensive forgiveness corrective application requirement, it's not going to be anything, like, ‘drastic actively’, it's got to do with yourself: who are you in relations hip to what exists in this world

that the unconscious mind has manifested?



So, we'll start with the conscious mind and the conscious mind, we have communicated about: apply forgiveness. Continue to apply forgiveness [for] every single thought, every sing le moment in your consciousness mind.



And then, what you'll notice is: you'll start becoming more aware of your body movements, your behaviour, your personality, the sound of your words, the choice of your words. Everything of that is of your subconscious mind.



So, as you communicate, you'll start noticing these things, and then you'll start accessing your

subconscious mind – and then you'll start doing and applying forgiveness for the choice of words you've had, because you'll start noticing where those words come from. It's separation, and you stop and you forgive yourself.



You start seeing a behaviour and you see: that behaviour is coming from irritation. Why do I

have irritation? But you will not feel it, it will become like a body movement, a pers onality of

behaviour that's become so much a part of you that you’re not even aware of it.



Or when you stand in front of a woman and you all of a sudden see that the way you're touching her, you're actually attracted to her, but you wouldn't have previo usly noticed it, because you weren't aware of your own body – and your own body movement is the personality.



And so, you'll become more in- depth specific about your own movement in this world. But,

first you forgive your conscious thoughts, because then you'll notice you'll start becoming

more aware of your movements as your personality as the choice of words and the words you

use and the way you ‘express’ yourself in this world. And you apply forgiveness accordingly

and you correct it accordingly.



For instance, you're standing in front of a woman or a guy and you notice your body is going

all strangely, you’re not acting the way you should. In other words, you’re not expressing you

as you, you’re expressing yourself because of a sexual attraction of sorts. You see it in the

way your words are, the way you smile, the way your eyes are moving, the way your hands



are moving, the way you're standing – everything will show you: “Oh my god, I'm sexually attracted to this woman! Why am I attracted to this woman? Where is there still a desire to express myself sexually within me?”



Now, this is all subconscious mind- revelations that start opening up, so we'll get there. If

there are any questions regarding this, please ask. There's the foundation of the consciou sness and subconscious first. Later on, much later we'll get to the unconscious mind. That's a completely different scenario. You're just basically forgiving you as this world and its entirety in each and every single point.
